Data Management and IT Unit (UPDIT)

FUNCTION

Task and functions of Data Management & IT Unit (UPDIT) :

• Prepare the university’s periodic student statistics for various audits (MyMOHES, MyRA, SETARA, QS Ranking, THES, etc);
• Provide students data and statistics as required by the University Management, QMEC, Center of Responsibility and other external stakeholders);
• Prepare and analyze data of student intake, enrollment and projections;
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the student information records in UMSItS’;
• Develop suitable format for student data reports;
• Prepare periodic reports of university graduates for the use of Tracer Study and other relevant audits;
• Manage the development and improvement of the AASC website and portal
• Provide ICT consultation and Services
